How to update my Nokia N900

am trying to update my phone to maemo 5 but not saying to update your device to this version of the operating system you must use nokia pc suite onyour pc .connect the device to your pc via a usb cable and lunch the application but i tried it is not working .also i should create a backup i create .please someone should help me out

I just bought a nokia n900.
and am bit confused if this mobile is great or the worst..i am not getting it. Perhaps it have some things missing..just like the timer in camera…using secondary camera..the fm receiver.and transferring the contacts from phone to sim. I also like to have some mobile applications like operamini,ebuddy ebuddy etc in my mobile. Will you please help me get out of this problem.How can i do it all ?
I read all the above conversations and knew many things but still m not full clear..thank you

Hi I got N900 recently, I want to install Voipmobile.sis software on this mobile but unable to do so. can you please help me on this.

Also apart from this, battery life is bit shorter then Nokia’s other mobile phones. rest everything is perfect for this Cell and look is very cool.

Can you please let me know how to install Voipmobile.sis on it.

i cant use the flash player in my nokia n900, this happens when i want to browse a video embeded in facdebook, then i receive a notification that i dont have a flash player, it then directs me to a link to download it but when i download it, it doesnt work,this is killing me can somebody help me?
