Please do post all tools and SDKs compatible with the N900.

If there are any updates, also post them, and I'll update the first post in the thread.

Thanks!

The best start for developers is the maemoselect site at :
http://maemo.nokia.com/developers/

Nokia - Get started with Maemo at :
http://www.forum.nokia.com/info/sw.nokia.com/id/0ea5ec64-2d35-4363-94c0-dd2560c6524b/Get_started_with_Maemo_5.html

and The Maemo SDK at : http://maemovmware.garage.maemo.org/2nd_edition/

at these site you will find a video tutorial for helping you start understanding how to develop for maemo , I would suggest the Maemo-Ubuntu SDK Virtual image for total beginners like me ! Cheesy

Enjoy & I hope we can build some project together .

Hi

Im using the Nokia Qt SDK as i thought it would help bridge the gap between different platforms. I have run into the problem that, when compiling a program via the SDK in windows it doesnt seem to compile it to run on the n900.

Qt seems the best option for developing on the n900 but im having problems finding an SDK that will work and compile properly on a windows system. Any pointers would be usefull.

Cheers
Chris
