how do you send music files from your phone to other mobiles via bluetooth just cant find a send too option any help appreciated Huh

Erm Option 2 :

You can use petrovich - Via App Manager 

(to transfer the files via bluetooth)

you need a programme called petrovich (i think thats how you spell it ) great for sending any file from your phone
