I have being trying to figure out how to add my gmail, yahoo mail, hotmail to my Nokia N900. It is giving me technical terms such as smpt, pop, imap and a lot of other stuff can guru here help me

gmail............username
                     password
                     email address
                     incoming server.......imap.gmail.com
                     secure connection     unchecked
                     secure connection  ssl (imap4s)
                     port 993

                   outgoing server......smtp.gmail.com
                   secure authentication    login
                   secure connection ssl
                   port 465
                  use connection specific  smtp servers   unchecked.
