Is there any way to access a keyboard or the following Icelandic letters on the Nokia n900?

Ææ Þþ Ðð Áá Éé Íí Óó Úú Ýý Öö

Is there any App or program to install these symbols on the keyboard?

Is there any firmware to flash on the phone that will install the Icelandic language on the phone?
