eh what you mean? It should ask you your PIN code on startup - if you skip it accidentally only way to return is reboot OR trying to make a call to some of your contacts - it will show up the PIN menu.

If you're talking about a specific network menu that is "installed" by some operators, I don't think the N900 has it.

what i mean is the menu for the network provider or simcard menu. is really depends on the network provider in a certain country but the n900 does not have this program .

If you insert the same SIM in another phone, does the menu appear?
