My display does not black out . When I switch off the phone and remove the battery then it is ok for some time .......then again after a call is received the display is not getting black out ...and battery drains out ........this has only started two days ago... please help

Do you installed any application before you notice that the display didn't black out?

Also, do you have a red square (something similar) applet on your status bar? (the same place where you see the battery, if you have headphones plugged or not, etc)
