Hello

We've often seen this question, and even though the N900 can run both, there are still two groups, supporting either Maemo or Android.

What is your take? Which one is better and why?

I think that Maemo 5 is better than Google Android because I have found that Maemo is less vunerable to viruses and malware. I think Android Phones can be easily targeted by viruses and malware.

android because it is the next generation os, so developers are more interested and it is likely to keep developers more interested

Both OS are linux.. So they both are equal safe/unsafe. Thou Android will be targeted more then MeeGo/Maemo devices. As 500.000 pieces a day are being activated.
