The Meego shown in the video is MeeGo (2.6.33 ~rc8).

The Intel UI looking like a Moblin-clone, no surprise there.
I wonder if the Nokia UI will look like Maemo or Moblin.
Also how thin a layer will be replaceable for the manufacturers to change, when costumising the looks. Will it be like a theme or like an add-on like it seems to be in Android or an "entirely" new desktop environment on top of xorg?

It isn't officially coming to the N900. Even though there's a command line version doing the rounds That's as far as Nokia themselves are going to take it. If we want a UI then it's up to the Maemo community to provide it. But even then there will be no support from Nokia.
Sad I know, but given what can be done with Maemo5 already, do we really need MeeGo?

Hmmmm that makes me a bit sad and a bit mad - but the MeeGo/Moblin is properly missing a but optimisation, which Maemo is delevering.
But the important part isn't wether it is running Maemo or MeeGo but the Qt-framework and Maemo does provide a fine platform for that.

Seriously i din't like the meego one lil bit..bcause it doesn't have a contender from the other brand..i think nokia should be inspired by the Android or the IOS..
