With the original firmware, the camera worked for a few pictures. Then as each picture was being saved, the message "operation failed" appeared in a yellow band. No pictures were saved.
Nokia support suggested doing a "restore original settings," and that worked for a while.
Now with the updated firmware, the camera fails to save pictures, and restoring original settings does not work.
Anyone have any ideas?

Where is your target folder? In mmc or internal mem?

Either way i would try to change the target folder to save pictures and specially change between memories. It might help. Best of luck.

Hey Guys,

Probably you can't save files because the os locks the memory due to a buggy file.
try to check and repair your N900 flashdrive with Windows.
