I updated my software that said there was new video & skype call updates but i cant figure out if it works or if i have it. Is it actually available yet and can we use it yet?

YES.
I don't know how or when it happened but today I went into a contact to call someone and it gave me the option to Video Call them and it worked! At last.

Hmmm, but it was like a normal Video Call or something else?
Because here it doesn't appears that.... (But it appears Call via Skype, but for that you need credits in Skype if it's a phone number)
