Dear sir/madam

I just bought my N900. I am living in saudi Arab. Whenever I want to dial the number *166# to check the balance through STC, it says incorrect number. How can I do it please let me know. It is not accepting any call starting with star (*).

Thanks & Regards

Iftikhar Ahmad

Those *# codes are operator codes and they're not currently supported.. You'll notice you can't use *#0000# or *#06# either

i found this topic on nokia support which tells you how to install a deb file using your X terminal to fix the problem. I haven't tried this myself so i cant offer any support.
Hope this helps mate
