I am having problems with the default browser always going to the mobile facebook site.  Does anyone know how I can fix this.  It is starting to irritate me.

Everyone who owns an N900 is having these issues at present. Some have found workarounds but they're far from ideal because they cause other issues.

The best course of action I've found is to send a complaint to Facebook Support.

It might also raise awareness if the forum admin made a post about this on the N900 Facebook page.

Doesn't I'm afraid. Still throws you back to the stinky, cheap mobile site.

Also I've just heard on another forum that Windows Mobile devices are suffering from the same problems. Sounds like Facebook are treating anything that doesn't plug into a wall socket as a cheap 10 a penny mobile phone.

Hi

I had this issue on PR1.1 but it went after I flashed it. I think its a conflict with another program, maybe hermes or something else that uses facebook. I tried uninstalling facebook appss and apps on my phone but I only sorted it when I flashed the OS. What apps are you running that access facebook?

It was actually Facebook that screwed with the Javascript, because it effected Windows Mobile devices as well. They put it right after everyone sent emails complaining.
