1. Download the video converter
http://www.any-video-converter.com/products/for_video_free/

2. Set output format as MP4 movie (customized mp4)

3. Set frame size to 800 x 480,

4. Set video encoder as mpeg4

5. Video Bitrate- 768, Video Framerate -25

Start Converting and Enjoy!

these settings worked fine, wmv can be used alternatively to mp4 or a slightly higher frame rate could be chosen to get a better quality.
