I was just wondering how the Android port of 2.3 was coming? I know t was supposed to be 'close' earlier this year but ive heard nothing snce. Can anyone update me on this?

I was messing around tryng to ad the reboot command to my power key menu (which didnt work on the CSSU upgrade of PR1.3 by the way!!) and I lost my systemui.xml file. Could someone post a copy of theirs here for me please as it would save me flashing the device??

For some strange reason the widgets on my desktop randomly vanish. This doesnt seem to happen to shortcuts, just widgets. When i add them again they come back in the place they were but this is still annoying as it happens quite often.

It seems to me like the file that holds the visible icons is randomly not being read, although I could be wrong?

Anyone got any ideas?

I remember seeing a program somewhere that would let you split jpegs but i cant remember where.
Is there a program for moding themes on the hildon desktop?

After my recent success with NITdroid I now want to take a look at meego (I know it isnt finished). All the instructions I can find are for a re-flash, which will overwrite my maemo install. Does anyone know how to put it on a flash card (possibly one with android on)?

Any help would be great.

Its called Nokia System Software Updates and its enabled. The point is it hasnt been released in the UK yet. This is shown by the fact there is NO UK Firmware available! Why the hell have Nokia released it to everyone except us??

They have released USA, Middle East and North Africa, India and Global but NO UK!!

Im using a flash of PR1.2 Global so I thought since there is a Global release I would be able to do an OTA update. NO!

Why is nokia not releaseing it in the uk?

Its still not out in the UK and the UK firmware isnt availaible either! The global, US and middle east firmware is out but NOTHING for the UK!

Anyone got any ideas when well be getting it?

In PR 1.1 we used to have an app called USBconnect, now we dont! Is there a way of giving support to external USB devices (IE memory stick, mouse, keyboard, etc???)?

Ive been trying to connect to my work Windows XP network, unsuccessfuly!!  No Luck. I can connect and use their internet but not file sharing! What drivers do I need to connect to and read a shared drive on Windows network via WiFi?
