Question: My nokia N900 since 3weeks now can recieve calls but it can't dial out. It tells me "call can not established" plz what do i do to bring it back to normal

My nokioa N900 since 3weeks can recieve calls but can't dial out numbers. It tells me "call cannot be establihed" please what do i do?
