What is the longest it can take for my order to arrive?
Normally our items are shipped in 1-2 days although they are delivered according to the time below:
-Europe: 20 business days maximum
-America: 20 business days maximum
-Oceania: 20 business days maximum
-Asia: 20 business days maximum
-Africa: 25 business days maximum
Can you ship to my country for free?
Every item can be shipped to any country in the world, with no additional shipping costs (free shipping). If you wish to buy a product to be sent to the African continent, then we recommend you to contact us first telling which one you would like to buy, in order for us to confirm 100% if the said item can be shipped to there.
Where do you ship from?
At our store we have applied certain rules that allow us to ship to all over the world without further costs. We ship from TugaLogix offices in Lisbon, Johanesbourg, London, New York and Hong Kong.
How do I know you will deliver my product and not keep my money?
Buyers are protected by PayPal, so if you don’t receive a specific item you can always create a dispute against us.
Is your image of the product on its page of the exact product you will deliver?
We have many suppliers in order to keep the best inventory, therefore, we don’t always have the exact image for the product you want.
