If you haven´t pre-ordered your Nokia N900 because of not having the money yet or some other reason but you fell luckily, there is a chance on Nokia Conversations on winning one.
The competition is based on a new Nokia campaign under the slogan “Off line as it happens”. There are some videos of this campaign were a guy in different situation lives really funny moments where nothing of that would have happened if he had has a Nokia N900. I add these videos on the bottom of this post.
So the idea is to encourage people who want to win this gorgeous mobile desktop phone to be creative and find more of these situations. Finally record a video just like these ones and summit your story to the Nokia YouTube Channel. You have time until November 13th. Good Luck!

This is the final result from the poll done by Nokia Conversations last week. The most voted was the one which was winning on the last post about this subject which was: “ability to run everything on the N900 in portrait mode”. I think that this is an interesting issue but, in my opinion it´s more important the one with the second place on the poll: “MMS”.
This is a known issue which I want to clarified first. On some post I wrote about the Nokia N900 being able to work with MMS and this is a mistake. This was due to a very vague sentence on the Nokia Official web page about the N900 specs where I understood that the support of these protocol depended on the operator’s decision. Please check it for your-self by clicking here. I want to thanks to one of our readers for pointing me out this.
Summarizing, the Nokia N900 doesn’t actually support MMS, and this issue came second on the poll when in my opinion should have been on first place. For more information about this poll, please go to the Nokia Conversations page or click here.

What do you want to see from the Nokia N900 that you haven’t seen yet? Of course there are a lot of things that we haven´t seen from this device yet. Most of the videos going around the internet show pretty much the same, simple reviews, hands-on, some app, but nothing more than that. The information you can get from the internet follows the same rule, everyone is talking about the same things, even me! So there are too many questions about the Nokia N900.After having postponed the release date three times already (1st, 12th and 30th October), there is an increasing expectation and speculation about the reason of this delay.
If you go to Nokia Conversation, they are asking what the people want to see. Some ask about the final release date, other about the battery-life (some of you readers have make it me this question, as you might see couldn´t such information), an others want to see running apps, GPS and synchronizing. In my opinion, the last two are the most important ones.
So make your suggestion. I have already made mines.
